In July/August 2020, Keller Williams Coastal Estates Agent Kent Weinstein took over management possession of the home he listed for sale 10 months later, after $50k in fixup work that he supervised had concealed and/or created $120k in defects.
But was that the only problem with Agents from the Keller Williams Coastal Estates office that year?
